Hoppin' Down the Bunny Trail

One of my favorite things to do at Eastertime as a child was dye Easter Eggs. I never thought, back then, of one day doing them with my child. This year, Cade, Jared and I actually painted our eggs. Some with polka dots, some with our names, but Cades favorite....."the football." Of course this comes as no surprise, as it was one of his first words. Easter, as usual brings fun times with family, friends and of course good food. We spent the weekend at Lake Murray, enjoying the sun, boatrides and backyard games. Cade got to meet sweet Ella for the first time; he was very sweet as always and suprisingly gentle!! He helped himself to being everyone's "teammate" in cornhole and ate more than his fair share of "d" (candy) throughout the weekend! Easter reminds us of the wonderful life we have here on this Earth and I am so thankful I have the family that I do to share it with!
