Our Fourth is always busy!! We spent the week before the Fourth at the Beach for the week with all of our family and came home on Saturday. We rushed in, unpacked, re-packed and headed to the lake until Monday! As we all know, Cade loves the water (any kind) so once again, we can't take our eyes off of him.....he has no fear! That afternoon, we took off, over to LA's for the big cookout party and then all anchored down for the firework show out on the island. Cade was a little shocked by the first "boom" but ended up being enthrawlled by the firework show! He didn't quite make it home before he passed out in my lap. Poor baby has been on the go for weeks now!! But as always, we never complain about travel....we are just a little "on the go" family!

Down by the Sea.....
As much as we love the water, whether at the beach or the lake, there is nothing like our family vacation we take every year and have ever since I was Cade's age! Only this year, we had a new addition......my little man!! We already knew he was a beach boy, but try chasing him down the beach and out of the water for a week straight....phew!! I didn't feel like I had been on vacation after all! As usual, it was HOT, but as long as there's no rain, I'm one happy girl! We also had a pool which Cade loved, always great to wash all that sand off his little bum! He stayed in the nude MOST of the week. As a matter of fact, I'm pretty sure the only time he was unhappy was when I was trying to put his clothes ON!! It was a great week to start making a new generation of "beach memories!"
